Everyday Flowers

Our Manager
Flowers = Happiness

Purchasing flowers regularly can reduce stress and bring beauty into your everyday life.  An article published in Evolutionary Psychology reported the results of three studies done by Rutgers University on the positive effects of flowers.

In the study, researchers documented that women smile virtually every time they are given flowers. They also determined that these same women exhibited moods that were more upbeat three days later.   Flowers are “ a source of pleasure – a positive emotion enducer.”

Another study was done of men and women age 55 or over. The study showed an immediate improvement in mood and sociability for those who received one or two bouquets of flowers over a two-week period. Even more impressive, this simple addition showed and improvement in cognitive function, including memory. Rather impressive for just s few fresh-cut flowers.

Give yourself the gift of flowers and spread the gift of happiness around by sending flowers to someone you love too!

For the office or home

For Your Office
Show your clients and associates your concern for their comfort as well as appreciation for their patronage.  Fresh flower arrangements displayed in a place of business show regard and respect for people passing through, and especially for those who sometimes must take a seat in the waiting room a short while.

For Your Home
Brighten your home and your day with fresh flowers.  They add color, fragrance and style – and now we know they even increase energy and compassion.

For Delivery

Nothing says "I'm thinking of you" more than a beautiful bouquet of flowers, no special occasion necessary. Create a custom bouquet that sends your love, thanks, congratulations, or a thousand other sentiments.  Ask about our home or office delivery. We can set up a regular schedule and make sure that your home or office has fresh flowers weekly.

Some reasons to send someone flowers:

  • Thanks for the Invite!
If a friend is having a party, send a floral arrangement to her home before the party starts.
    She'll appreciate your personal touch.
  • I'm Sorry
You've screwed up big time, now what? One of the best ways to begin apologizing for your behavior is to send flowers.  Always follow up with a verbal apology of course.
  • You got a promotion?! Good for You!
Climbing up the next rung of the ladder at work can be great cause for celebration. Let your friend know that you're thrilled for them by sending a bouquet.
  • Happy Birthday!
If you have to go to work on your birthday, as many of us do, nothing beats receiving a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in the middle of the day. Sending flowers to someone on their birthday makes them  feel special, especially when that person is at work.
  • Just Because
All of the above events are occasions when a person might love to receive flowers, but an unexpected bouquet of flowers can really pick someone up and lift them to a happier plane of existence, at least for the week. The sweet reminder of your love and regard will provide more pleasure simply because it's a surprise.
